不知道大家有沒有聽説過能夠提高工作效率的【番茄工作法 Pomodoro Technique】？

【番茄工作法】的使用方法：
1. 在執行一項任務前，設定【番茄鐘】：一個番茄鐘的周期爲25分鐘。
2. 在25分鐘的周期内，全心投入到這一項任務中，不能做其它的事情。
3. 完成一個番茄鐘後，可以短暫休息5分鐘，可以繼續該任務，或者進入到下一個任務。
4. 每完成4個番茄鐘，就可以休息30分鐘。
5. 如果提早完成任務，可以利用剩餘的時間回顧你所做好的任務，看看有什麽需要改進的地方。先不要開始下一個任務或者休息。
6. 如果25分鐘的周期被打斷，被迫停止手上的任務，那則必須在繼續任務時重設番茄鐘，重新從25分鐘開始計算。

【番茄工作法】的好處：
1. 劃分好執行不同工作任務的時間，增强專注力，減少中斷，避免拖延症。
2. 勞逸結合，讓我們在工作期間能夠休息；對著電腦工作的朋友可以離開電腦，讓眼睛休息；長時間坐著工作的朋友也可以利用休息來活動筋骨，避免後背和脖子酸痛的問題。
3. 在設定好的周期内完成任務，可以增加成就感，鞏固了完成目標的決心。
4. 能夠在上班時間内完成當天所有的任務，不必在下班時間過後還繼續工作。
